Title: Has anyone gone cruising with nocturnal?
Post by: yliebert on April 04, 2011, 11:56:28 AM
We are hoping to take a cruise in July and thought it would be better if my hubby was on nocturnal.  Do you have any advice?  He is using a NXstage cycler.
Thanks
YL :cheer:

I think four of us were doing overnight on the cruise in January '10

I can't think of anything too different for us v people doing short. You'll definitely want a power strip because the cabin had one 110 outlet.

Bill, you are an absolute font of information.  Thanks for telling me about the outlets (or lack thereof)!

When you fill out your access form for the cruise request a power strip or extension cord, this way you don't have to pack it.  Every time we cruise there is one in the room waiting for us.  Last cruise we even had an extra refrigerator which we didn't need, but I guess someone in access picked up that my husband was diabetic and made sure he had one for his insulin, even though his insulin is not refrigerated.  There really good on cruise ships, they want to do every thing to make your trip comfortable.
