Wow, my husband actually went in light today. 3 lbs lighter tha usual. No low BP this time, felt and looked good when he came home. Did take his nappie of course though.. He was watching his K the last couple days and has probably had less fluid intake from it unknowingly.

aww,, bless his heart... I hope and pray for more of these days for 'both' of you.

I hope so too. Today he was reading the back of a food container and looking at things like sodium etc... Hhmm.... I realize I'll never have a day like it "used to be" and I hate that. I know so does EVERYOONE ELSE. What I'm struggling with now is going on from here, knowing things are "different". I feel like everything is so broken. Maybe a little overtired myself this morning but I too am feeling a little broken spirtited. I'm sure it's from not getting a restful sleep. But my day will go and I will wake up (very slowly..it IS Saturday after all lol) and my day will become whole again in whatever way that is. I need my coffee my sweet Richard....
