Title: Is anyone else bipolar?

I am diagnosed as Bipolar II...

it's so hard to have to deal with it and CKD, especially considering all the crap that happens in a depressive state...

finding one support group is only half the battle. it just feels impossible to explain how it is to deal with both...


sigh.

Well, i am 'cyclothymic' which i believe is near the same.  Im not the D patient in the family, but believe me, im pretty danged involved enough to have the emotional and physical issues that come with it :(  and then having cyclo, well, it's no picknic for sure!  I feel for ya (as i do myself  :shy; ) .  People on D seem to have depression issues as it is and then with you having the bipolar, its gotta knock your socks off somedays.  I have techniques to deal with my issue, and am not on medication, but............. am hoping that you will search out what YOU need to keep you as stable as possible.  Hoping the best for you..   :pray;
