Title: Zemplar 12 month discount

Not sure if anyone uses Zemplar, I know it is very expensive and even if you have a prescription plan sometimes the co pay is quite high.  It you register here you get a printable card to make your co pay $5.00.  It really works, got my husbands prescription filled yesterday and instead of a $20.00 co pay it was only $5.00.  Any savings to us is a big deal, so I figured I would pass it on.  Hope it helps someone else!!

Thank you!  I have given this to several people at our center!!!!!  Any savings is a good savings!
