Title: Crazy machine ..ooops !
Post by: KICKSTART on November 09, 2010, 03:15:28 PM
D today ..yawn ! Hooked up , only an hour left when it started to alarm ! Now normally i sort it out myself but today it threw a new one on me .. sorry so long winded i cant even remember what it said ! It wasnt microbubbles , it was a malfunctioning sensor , enough to bring 2 staff members running ! Well you've never seen such a cuffuffle , clamping things off here and there , drawing syringes of my blood off (hey i ve only just built my hb back up!) Running round trying to find a replacement sensor , only to be told none in stock , thought i was going to get an early finish, because they had to fix it quick to stop me clotting off. Anyway a bit of tweaking here and there and i was back on track. The best part ..after they had fixed it , me being ever nosey , asked what had happened , guess what not one of them could answer me . Scary or what !

That's the Homer Simpson fix.. *LOL*  I used to have a computer monitor that, every once in a while, the top half of the screen would quickly move to the right and the bottom half would quickly move to the left.  I think it might have had a loose wire or something.  I used to keep a smurf stuffed animal on top of it, and every time it went screwy, I'd pick up the smurf and whack the top of the monitor with it.  That smurf had a very flat bottom by the time we retired that monitor.. *L*
