Ive heard talk of bone pain with high PTH , is it at all possible for anyone to be able to describe it ? Are there any tell tale signs it is bone pain and not something else , regardless of the PTH levels ?

I can try to explain it. At least for me it happens in the front shinb area of my (usualy)left leg. It is like a cramp but MUCH more painful. It is like the bone marror is shrinking and sucking in the bone almost like an imlposion. This has brought me to tears twice. And i have a very high pain threshold. It paralysis me to the point i cant move. Karen freaks out when it happens not knowing what to do. It ususaly stikes me when im asleep of falling to sleep.
I would rather have my fingers slammed in a door jam then have this happen. The good news is it passes after about 15 minutes. But im usualy afraid to move for an hour in case it might come back.
I take hectorel to keep it at bay.
