Title: Children with disabilities
Post by: MooseMom on October 22, 2010, 11:59:37 AM
This may not be the correct forum in which to place this question, but I'm curious...are there any of you who are dealing with CKD/ESRD also have any children with a disability or a developmental disorder?

Shoot, I don't have anything but fur kids.  I was hoping Lola would see this, though.  She's dealing with her hubby's ESRD as well as her daughter's.  Search for posts by Lola on Otto and Dani.

My second daughter was diagnosed blind at birth, however due to surgeries to correct severe strabismus at an early age, she sees well enough to get through Engineering college and is working!
