Title: Recycling peritoneal dialysis home or inpatient dialysis bag pull tabs
Post by: okarol on September 15, 2010, 01:41:38 PM
OUI Works, a nonprofit, is currently collecting all pull tabs from all peritoneal dialysis home or inpatient dialysis bags. (You know, those yellow, green, red and purple tabs you currently throw away.) Just like the ones in the picture below.   OUI Works... is recycling this product to help educate the community about Chronic Kidney Disease. Your help is greatly appreciated.

For every full Priority USPS Mail-sized box (any size), you mail to:  OUI Works 17115 163rd. Ave NE Woodinville, Washington 98072 U.S.A. we will send you a FREE bracelet that you can wear or give to a friend. The cost of shipping your bracelet is also free.  If you know someone on dialysis, please share this page with them.

oh, that's cool. I used to save them too. I used to play with them (yeah, I'm weird).  I had all kinds of them saved up, but I haven't been on PD for 2 years now.
