Title: Had a discussion with people at dialysis and feel better.
Post by: karen547 on June 17, 2010, 10:28:49 AM
I went into dialysis yesterday, and was ready to let them know I was thinking of leaving. I voiced my concerns, and was surprised to find that everyone agreed with me, and that's staff that works there! I think I will stay, and give it time, maybe they will actually listen and work on things. Stay Tuned for updates!

Fingers crossed. \some times you have to voice your opinion, because they perhapes do not realise what they are doing. Good of you.

This is true.  You can't expect people to read minds.  A diplomatic word voicing your concerns would be appreciated by people who really want to do a good job.
