Title: Donate Life Hollywood Film Festival
Post by: okarol on June 15, 2010, 05:24:38 PM
I volunteered at the Donate Life Hollywood Film Festival this weekend. There were awards and screenings and workshops. Met some great people and have posted a few photos below.

The Donate Life Hollywood campaign was started by Tenaya Wallace in 2007 as part of the national movement to reach 100 million designated donors on state registries through informative and entertaining television and film story lines. After working for an organ procurement organization in Los Angeles, Wallace wanted to share the stories of organ donors and promote accurate portrayals of the medical procedure.

Wow! The pictures look great.  I am jealous.  Breaking Bad is one of my favorite shows.  I just watched the season finale on Monday during dialysis.

Me too! That's why RJ is smiling because I just told him that BB is my fav, and he was so pleased that people are watching it. He was so nice. I didn't know he really does have cerebral palsey (but he doesn't walk with crutches.) Here's more about him http://www.usatoday.com/life/television/news/2008-02-20-breaking-bad-mitte_N.htm
