Well the nurse that told me my chills are related to the AC, well she has been mean in the past to both me and other patients. Today I asked her some questions about the new antibiotics that they were giving me via IV and she cocked an attitude with me her response was she answered my question with a b*** attitude, and said said just relax we will handle this! ah excuse me but I have a right to ask questions and have answers that are respectful. She is like this to other patients too. I have reported her to the FA a few times and they will talk to her but then she pouts and they let her stay. I don't know who I should go to next, but when I go to a center I expect to be respected by all of the staff and if I have a question it needs to be answered politely not like some b** attitude. Other people have told the FA about her, but nothing is really done and she's been there for almost a year.
I understand you have a bad day but you don't need to take it out on the patients.

Yes, she certainly does.

keep reporting her- she wants you to give up

She probably doesn't know the answers so tries to nip your questions in the butt by being a butt. Keep reporting her. They need a nurse that knows everything about dialysis and if she doesn't know is willing to find out for you.

This time I filled out a written complaint so we'll see what happens.
Yes this lady knows nothing about dialysis, well she knows a bit more then she did, but still her education is horible, she came from a hospital not another dialysis unit.

you have 2 options to move higher up to get this resolved... 1. there should be a grievance line you can call to the corprate office and get it taken care of and trust me they will step in because the last thing they want you to do is call option 2 which is call the renal network for your area and they will most defiantly step in because they are the over seers for the whole dialysis system and they say whether a clinic can stay open...
