I am a 45 year old male living in Wilkes-barre PA.  I have been on dialysis for about on month.   :clap;

Hi Deadprez and welcome to IHD.  I'm pushing 50 and from Washington State.  I'm so glad you found us.  This is a place to ask questions and get real answers no matter how blunt.  There is lots to read and comment on.  I hope you are doing well?  I hope you feel better than you did a month ago.  What started you on dialysis?

Welcome to our community!  Since you are new to dialysis, you will find that this is just the place for information and support.  There is much to read here.  One of our favourite sayings is "Knowledge is Power!" and that is what we do here.  Just keep reading and keep posting.  You will soon discover that this is more than just a forum; it is a genuine family :grouphug;   Looking forward to hearing from you.

Welcome Deadprez. One month on dialysis - the beginning is the hardest time. Ask questions, read, there's lots of good information that will hopefully ease you through the first several months.
