Title: Hair Fall - what should i do ?

Hey Friends ,

I am now 41/2 months post transplant experiencing hair fall . I have been reading about NIOXXIN shampoo on various posts . Does it really help ? Or pls let me know what u did to reduce or stop the hair fall. My hair is also so dry feels like hay ! :(
