Post by: steve lowry on November 20, 2006, 06:19:52 AM: Hello,my name is Steve Lowry,I am 54 years old.I am new to this board. I am from Perkasie,Pennslvainia.Kidney stones ruined both of my kidneys.I have a chest catherter and I have been on hemo dialysis for 3 months now.

How long from you getting kidney stones was it til you became on HemoDialysis? I know I didn't know I would be on Hemo Dialysis this young in my life (but my situation is completely different. I was on Peritoneal Dialysis). Suddenly I am sitting in a chair with a catheter in my chest. Scary! We are here for you! :) :cuddle; There is lots of info on this site and also a great chatroom to talk with any of us LIVE! :) :welcomesign;

What I would have done without it, I don't know. There is so much happening on this site. You will never be bored. We just want to hear from you. Feel free to vent when you have to.
