hi my name is sondra and i am from chatham ontatio. i am on hemo dialysis for the last 12 years

Wow 12 years is a long haul - glad to have you with us - I am sure your experienc will really be valuable and you can contribute a lot to our forum!

Hi Sondra and  :welcomesign; to IHD.  I'm in Toronto, Ontario and have been involved with ESRD for a long time, mostly with transplants but also 6 years total of dialysis.  I look forward to learning more of your story and hope that you'll find this site as helpful and supportive as I and many others have.

Sondra, thank you for joining and introducing yourself.  Twelve years is a long time, but it helps the new people to have hope.  There is a lot to read on here and I'm sure your experience will be invaluable.

    Hello from Mississauga, Ontario.  I'm not on dialysis yet and I keep fighting it off.  I was transfered to the clinic 2 years ago and my creatine has just stayed the same.  I'm not sure how I would handle 12 years. It's great that you joined.  Please stay in touch.
