First of all, don't wait! The more lead time, the better. Holiday Dialysis International (www.hditravel.com) can help you arrange dialysis outside of the U.S. We used them to arrange dialysis in Guatemala several years ago. Even though you don't see your chosen country on their map, don't be deterred. Contact them. We actually made the call to Chiara Frattini (she's in Italy) and she did the rest. They are affiliated with Fresenius. Your affiliation is not important.
