Did you ask your dialysis clinic? I know that mine will sometimes take people's extra boxes (not sure about 80 of them though lol), and they use them for training, and emergencies in case a patient needs them. I was dehydrated once, and had to go to strictly yellow's for a while. I didn't have enough, since that wasn't/isn't my norm, so my dialysis clinic had the extras for me. Worth a try?

These show that we should not overorder. My clinic told me that Medicare does not allow the clinic take back any of the solutions, even using for the training. The reason is somewhat relating to the way these dialysis is paid, and Medicare does not want to pay twice for the same solutions. Think this way: suppose a dialysis patient close to you take your left over solutions, and she or he will not need to order for at least one or two. However, her or his clinic will continue to charge Medicare or other insurance for the monthly cost. Medicare would think it pays twice for these bags, one for you and another for the patient who takes the leftover.
It feels bad to throw them away, but options appear to be limited.

I hope you have a garden,. Mix the dialysate half and half with water and water those plants. They love the dextrose!

I was going to suggest craigslist but you beat me to it!
