My friends and I are pretty happy about Larry Hall, a dismissed patient from North Carolina and one of our patient advocates. He just won his case in court and I'm hoping to get a hold of the transcripts to see what went on. I've talked to him on the phone for awhile and I know he went through a lot with this.
But for now, I'll post the announcement and what he has written about himself:

I talked to Larry a couple of days back, he said the best part of this is he won't be forced into a DaVita clinic in his area.
He didn't get a big settlement - would have been better off spilling hot coffee in his lap. But the important thing is he won, got some justice, and some vindication. I hope I can get a hold of the transcripts.
