Title: Mouth pain
Post by: zona on October 14, 2009, 10:58:50 AM
I have a question I was wondering if someone could help me with. I have this terrible stabbing pain in my tounge and gums.It happens at night and wakes me up.At first I thought I had bit my tounge but that was not the case. I know kidney failure affects so many different areas of the body, are the teeth affected also? The best way I can describe it  is like when you have a novacain shot at the dentist.ouch!

Look up TMJ symptoms and exercises to help with it. You could be grinding your teeth.

Good call Kitkatz. I was grinding my teeth from stress when I was first diagnosed.
