Title: Trial or no Trial

I am thinking of the case of the university student who was found Murdered.

They have arrested a suspect.  Im pretty sure they have his DNA.

With DNA evidence and physical evidence on him scratches.
Should we waste the time and ton of money it will take to prosecute him or just let the DNA speak for itself and sentence him.

We had a man in jail here for 12 years because of DNA evidence that was incorrect.  There still needs to be a trial.  Not that it helped him.

Innocent until proven quilty.   Even if I think someone did a horrible criminal act, we all deserve our day in court.  Like YLGuy said----6th Amendment.
