Has anyone experienced more Red 24 Alarms or issues with the arterial pressure pod causing a sudden rise in your arterial pressure? After you resetthe pod, it goes back to normal.
Apparently this is an issue for certain lot numbers of cartridges which incude 9077717. I spoke with Tec support and they said they are receiving a few calls about this with certain lots, and the lot mentioned is one of them.
This has happend a few times to me with this lot. They will be sendng me a new lot # to try.
If this is happening to anyone, if you dont mind, please post the carridge lot # so others can look out for this..
thanks,

They replaced my machine. No problems since.

swramsay,
What problems were you having with the machine tht they replaced it. I wouldnt think that they would replace a machine fr pressure issues, but who knows at this point...
hey are everyone is saying this is a cartridge issue..
thanks

I got several red 24's and several red 11's during the last couple of minutes (even once during rinseback).
They relplaced the machine and no problems since. Maybe it was the red 11's that convinced them.......
I always thought it was me - or something I was doing but not so.

Funny you should mention that. We had another machine and no problems at all. They replaced it a few months ago and now it does it any time we go over 410 flow.

Can I ask the reaon the machine was replaced? What type of issues were you having...
thanks

Yes, the reason it happened was one day when putting in the cartridge, we caught a bit of the plastic in it and it got totally stuck. It wouldn't open at all. They ended up replacing it because they couldn't open it either.
