This past month has been a rough one for me. Even though I went through training and was taught better, I managed to get myself dehydrated and felt rotten! My blood pressure got low and they took me off my meds for that. It kept getting lower and they put me on meds to get it higher (which I thought was awfully ironic). In the middle of this, I had my kineticks (?) test and as they had thought since I was a low transporter, they added one manual exchange to my treatment in addition to the nightly cycler. I didn't mind at all - I was ready to go back to four a day manuals if it would make me feel better.
Now I am hydrated and my bp is coming back up. I do the exchange some time after lunch and it doesn't seem like a big deal at all (since I'm always home). I am feeling better and ready for summer!!
My phosphorus was high a month ago and they put me on binders. This month they changed my binders. Now I am getting even more serious about my diet. Good bye cheese! I'm also working hard on losing weight!! Overall I still feel like I am doing good! I just hate this restless leg stuff!
God bless you all!

Its a nightmare isnt it ! Try this, do that, you get so fed up ! As far as restless legs go there are several threads on here suggesting trying different things which might be worth a look?

What does your potassium look like? High potassium can cause RLS.
