Looking at problems in the proper prospective, looking at the good things in life rather than the ugly, looking at events optimistically instead of pessimistically, looking at life’s events and finding a reason to smile at every event; is in itself, the power of positive living.
●There is a negative and positive reaction to every problem.
Tough people manage their problems. We have little control on problems. The key is; we have control on how we react and manage the problem. Positive people react positively to their predicaments.
●All humans have problems.
Everyone in life has problems. A problem free life is an illusion. Accept this fact. This will help you to move on with your life, rather than sitting and feeling pity for yourself.
●All problems have a limited life span.
Life has its ups and downs. Problems don’t last forever, they do get resolved in the long term. Storms are followed by sunshine. Winter, brings birth to spring. Your problems will be resolved given the time. Allow this, knowing the process will take place.
●All problems hold positive possibilities.
There are always two sides. What may be a problem for one is seen by another as an opportunity. Every cloud has a silver lining.
●Your problems bring change to you.
Problems never leave us the same way they find us. The experience can make you better or worse. It is up to you. Remember for every problem there is a positive side. Look for it and focus on those positives.
You control what your problems will do to you.
You may not be able to control the problem, but you can control your reaction or response to the problem. You control the effect of the problem by controlling your reaction. You can make yourself tough or tender, bitter or better. It is all up to you and you alone.
We can all fall into the negative thinking rut from time to time. We are sometimes our own worst enemy. Allow yourself to fail now and then it is all part of being human.
We can make a deliberate choice between being negative or positive.
Believe the following:

◊There is no one else like you in this whole wide world.
◊Enjoy and cherish the feeling that you are special.
◊Think and remember your successes when you are feeling down.
