Title: Help! Need different antidepressant!

I had read in the PDR that patients on dialysis can't take Cymbalta because it isn't filtered out by dialysis and will build up to toxic levels. That's what I'm on. I just stared hemo, so I'm panicking just yet, but my neph told me to make an appointment with my psychiatrist to get my meds changed as soon as i can. I have an appointment tomorrow morning. What drugs can dialysis patients on hemo take?
