Title: We Have A New Home!
Post by: karen547 on January 24, 2009, 06:27:05 AM: My parents put an offer on a house and the offer was accepted! The house is beautiful! It has 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, A beautiful kitchen, a nice dining room, a 2 car HEATED garage with a floor drain, a wood burning fireplace, a huge addition that is now the main living room, and a basement. There is also a huge deck, a big backyard with above ground pool, and that's not the best part even...... there is an IN-LAW apartment that I will be living in! It has a bedroom, living-room , and a bathroom. There is a kitchen but we are going to put the washer and dryer in there so we don't have to carry the laundry up and downstairs. There is a separate entrance as well! Now all there is to do is get through some red tape: get a mortgage, which is already pre
approved, and then we close March 23rd!

YAY!

we had an inground one put in when they were in junior high grades
the above the ground pool was so much more fun
I guess it was b/c the children were younger and we played with them all the time
