Title: PD to transplant question

Hi,   I'm just starting PD, so am a long way from a transplant right now, but I'm just wondering if, when the time comes, does the catheter stay in, for use again in case of rejection, or do they remove the catheter?

They remove the catheter as there is always chance for infection.
