My bestest Christmas present: My sister's time and effort!
My sister is going to come over and catalog all of our books into a computer program! God, do we have books. I bought more yesterday. That way when we are out we will have access to a list of books we already have and can avoid duplicates. Yes, I am officially the family BOOK SLUT!

Okay, back on topic. Now how endowed is she? ;D
Best gift-I got a hand-carved German made Cockoo Clock. It is made out of wood and has a hunting motive with a deer head on top. It is really cool...Boxman

My best gift this year? My lovely new cat named Willow from my husband. (This was really big for him to agree to a new pet). I wanted a white kitty and came home with a 11.5 pound Maine Coon 18 month female. She is melting my heart. What a beauty!

My best present this year was watching as my son, who is home from college, decorated the Christmas tree. He and I went shopping for the tree while Stephen was at work. I like my trees tall and airy - and the one my son picked out was perfect. We brought it home and before I knew it, he was stringing lights and picking out his favorite ornaments. I put up a few, but mostly I just watched him as he became totally engaged. He narrated his way through with descriptions of what he remembered or liked about each of the ornaments. When he was done I told him it looked beautiful the way it was (love overcomes perfectionist) and that was it - done! While husband does not enjoy decorating all that much, now it seems that my son does.
How lucky am I? :guitar:

The best gift this year was my new rescued kitty: King Leon. My niece rescued him from a porch where his evil former owners dumped him. He is a dear heart and I love him very much.

Aww, good for you, Mikey, for becoming a loyal subject to yet another 4-footed ruler!
I got a great chocolate chip cookie recipe book from kitkat, not because we were in Secret Santa, but just because she's sweet!

The only thing that comes to mind is that I wasn't in the hospital for Christamas and hopefully New Years.

Hurray!
The three stents I got Christmas Eve are working well!

My best gift was having everyone home for the holidays and me being able to enjoy all of it.

My best gift was that I was able to enjoy Christmas this year. I decorated, shopped and baked. It was wonderful.
While I hate dialysis, I love that after being on it for a year, I actually do have some energy sometimes. I didn't really notice it until I had the house decorated. It felt good! ;D

I am extremely well endowed between the waist and chest. ( belly) :rofl;

My best present was Ugg boots from Mom. I used to make fun of them because they are so ugly...then I put them on, now I get it! Thanks, Mom!!! :yahoo;

My mom got me a PINK sleeping bag from L.L. Bean. No, we don't go camping. Sometimes when Marvin's on his machine, my hip bothers me ... or my back bothers me... or I'm just downright tired. There's nowhere in his clinic for me to stretch out (it was a small bedroom before it became Marvin's "clinic" and it's now full of dialysis stuff), so I asked for a sleeping bag, and Mom got me a PINK (fav color) one. It's great, and I've used it every day since Christmas. I just spread it out on the floor beside his chair, and we watch tv together. I'm right there if he needs me, and I'm stretched out and resting, too. How much better could life get?

My best gift was to be at home with my kids and grandkids after so many stays at the hospital the past few months. Second favorite a digital photo keychain from my son, so I can carry the smiling faces of my grandkids with me where ever I go. :)
