:bandance; And it was awesome! I met Nursewratchet at the dialysis clinic where she works, picked her up in my dirty truck (sorry Vicki) and we had a nice lunch at Chili's! She was good and had a salad. I was hungry and had 1/2 a turkey sandwhich and a cup of soup (and some fries). So much fun! We had lots of things to talk about and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We plan on getting together again!
When we got back to the center we went in to take a photo (will follow when I get film developed in next few days). And while we were there I got to meet Spartey83, as he was on the machine and doing good! He plans on checking in with IHD more often! :clap;
I can't say enough about these two individuals! They were great! I look forward to getting to know both of them more!

Kind of like online dating but for friends (except for RichardMel who would rather have the date!). Nursewratchet, I know you feel in love with Kelly. She is such a sweetie!! Kelly was too cute! I was at the front desk, (playing Ssecretary), and she had on a "got kidneys" tshirt. Recognized her right away. We had a blast! If I didn't mention, I am an illiterate about pic's and downloading that kind of stuff, so leaving that to her. No pressure Kelly to get it out there. Ya'll can see my office. Sparty83 had a nice visit with her too. :bandance; :bandance; :bandance;

My husband has "moon face" and all I can think of when I look at him is how cute he is and how lucky we are that he's healthy. It doesn't bother him, and it sure doesn't bother me.
I think when we look at ourselves in the mirror anything we don't like is always magnified. I'm sure you look great! :cuddle;

I have two digital cameras and I can't stand either one of them!!!!!! I need to up-grade to a GOOD digital camera! One that doesn't say "low battery" after every shot and then automatically turn off! It's an HP, so it's not necessarily "crap", I just HATE IT! I love my 35 mm, though!

awesome pic!!! And yeah the "moon face" spells transplant to me... I sure as hell couldn't give a stuff about having a moon face and people thinking it looks weird if it means I have a working transplant and a more normal life!!! Besides the moon look will go away soon enough. You still look gorgeous !!!

I hate the moon face, but it's a small price to pay! Plus, by the 2nd week in Feb. I'll be down to 10 mg of Prednisone! Not much longer now!!!! :clap; At least at 10 mg the side effects start to go away!

I think the picture of both of you looks great. I think get togethers add so much to the doldrums of day to day existence. I can't wait for 2009 get togethers but hooking up(no pun intended) with other IHDers is exciting.
