Hello everyone,

I've been lurking here for a few days and I think this site is fantastic.  I plan to tell all of my patients about it and try to put up a poster in the lobby of my unit.  I found you through the article in Nephrology News.

I've been an RN for 30 years and have been working in dialysis for 16.  I now specialize in home therapies but I have done in-center HD, acute HD, PD, home hemo, and dialysis education.  If any of you think I can add to the discussions here please speak up.

You are truly welcome to our site, Nephronurse.  As you will notice, this is a very comprehensive community, and there is a place for everyone with any connection whatsoever to renal issues.  We particularly welcome practitioners who become part of our community.  You are invaluable to us.  But don't forget, we are here for you too.  When you want to vent, feel free!
