:thx;  Agni for the big  :welcomesign;  I am wondering if or hoping there mite be some other's out there that mite have Cohn's as well as ckd ? and how do thy dill with the 2 diet's ?  thanks Carol

A guy I work with has both, and is currently at about 30% kidney function. Unfortunately, he does not seem to be following the neph's advice regarding diet (if he's getting any at this point), as he snacks on beef jerky...maybe that's good for Crohn's, though somehow I doubt it. Sorry I can't be any help. Hope you've found a balance in the meantime. :)

A bit of information in the link above.  A few tweaks here and
there and it seems that maintaining a ckd and cohn's diet is doable.
