Well, happened again. This time Davita nurse ordered Hectorol 4mcg/2ml IV only in vials, before checking with me or training me, also knowing I was transferring to RAI which does not at this time do IV meds so I'll stay on oral.
Same drill:
Giving away: Hectorol 4mcg/2ml IV..about 35 to 40 glass vials.
I have NOT opened the bag with the vials and will not be opening it.
They will leave my house intact, no promise of non breakage during shipping. Cost to my insurance was $800 plus dollars.
No promise of help from Hectorol.
Mail order will not take them back.
RAI can't use as came to me.
If no response I will dispose of.
First response gets the shipment.
No cost to you.
So, if you use IV Hectorol, let me know.
