Hi everyone. I am a dialysis tech and I was introduced to this site thru a patient at my unit. I think this site is a great place for everyone to express how they feel wether it be postitive or negative. I love my unit and I also love my patients. We have a great staff and the most awesome patients in the world.  :bandance;

Welcome to our community!  So glad you heard about us and decided to join us.  Epoman, our founder, wanted to have a place where everyone who had anything to do with renal failure would find a voice.  Apart from all of our sections, there is one where those who are employed in this field can share experiences.
