-
Tomato juice is supposed to work on skunked doggies.
-
I second the tomato juice and if that doesn't work then try a can of diced tomatoes.
-
Poor babies! I say tomato juice, as well. Actually, a tomato juice BATH! Let'em soak!

How to Remove Skunk Spray Odor From a Dog
by Lynn Lecours http://www.ehow.com/PrintArticle.html?id=2170385
Introduction
When Fido tangles with our cute little white striped friends, he will lose every time when he returns home to his owner. But don't worry, removing the smell isn't as hard as you might think. The process is inconvenient, messy and annoying, but the odor is not impossible to neutralize.
Instructions
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Removing Skunk Smell From a Dog
Things You'll Need
* 1 quart of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide from any store
* 1/4 cup of baking soda
* Liquid detergent or dish soap
* Container in which to mix solution
* Sponge or cloth to apply solution
* Towels to dry dog
Steps
1
Step One
Mix a solution of one quart of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide, 1/4 cup of baking soda, and a tsp. of liquid detergent. Double or triple the formula based on the size of the dog.
2
Step Two
Bathe the animal in the liquid using a cloth or sponge and let it stay on the fur and skin for five minutes. Rinse with water and repeat if necessary. For best results bathe the dog outside if possible so as not to contaminate your home.
3
Step Three
The mixture will not work if it sits for any length of time. It must be mixed fresh and used immediately. Do not store in a closed container as a gas is produced which may damage the container. Pour out unused portion.
4
Step Four
Remove residual skunk odor from your clothes and towels or rags used in the procedure by laundering them with one cup of liquid laundry bleach per gallon of water.
Tips & Warnings
* Tomato juice is often recommended to neutralize the odor but it does not work as well as this method, if at all.
* Caution: the peroxide solution my have a bleaching effect on your dog's coat. Use with this knowledge or test the effect first.
